Hot 26 & 2

The 26 & 2 series includes 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. It aims to work the entire body, enhancing strength, flexibility, and balance. Postures are done twice in a 90-minute class for deeper practice, alignment, and breath focus. Heat boosts circulation, aids detoxification, and lowers injury risk. It suits all levels, offering physical and mental challenges while fostering mindfulness and discipline.

Express 26

HIIT

A shorter version of the traditional 26 & 2 series done in a heated room. Includes 26 poses, 2 breathing exercises within 60 minutes. Boosts strength, flexibility, balance, and detoxifies by sweating. Challenging and invigorating; energizes and refreshes. Suitable for all levels.

Heated Room - 60 min

This high-intensity interval training class combines yoga poses with heart-pumping cardio exercises in a heated room.Short bursts of intense activity are interspersed with brief recovery periods, designed to torch calories, boost your metabolism, and improve cardiovascular health. Expect a dynamic and challenging workout that builds strength, endurance, and flexibility. Modifications are offered to accommodate all fitness levels. Leave feeling energized, empowered, and ready to take on the world!

Sculpt

This class combines the benefits of yoga with strength training in a heated environment. Using light weights and bodyweight exercises, you'll sculpt and tone your muscles while increasing flexibility and improving balance. The heat helps to deepen your practice and increase your heart rate for an added calorie burn.This class is suitable for all levels and can be modified to fit your individual needs. Expect to leave feeling strong, sculpted, and revitalized.

Vinyasa yoga syncs movement with breath, creating a flowing sequence of poses. It’s a dynamic practice blending meditation, mindfulness, strength, and flexibility. All levels can join with modifications available. Classes offer a challenging yet calming session for an energized, centered feel.

Bookings

To secure your spot for a yoga class at Union Yoga Studio, you have the option to download our app and make a reservation, or you can choose to walk in to the studio 15-20 minutes prior to the class starting time. Either way, we look forward to welcoming you!

Cancellations

Union Yoga Studio has implemented a new policy regarding cancellations and no-shows for all classes. If a student fails to cancel a class reservation at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time or does not show up for a reserved class, a $25 fee will be charged to their account. This fee aims to encourage accountability and ensure that all students have fair access to our classes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding this policy.

Late Policy

As a gentle reminder, kindly be aware that we provide a brief 5-minute grace period for late arrivals to accommodate unexpected delays. Please understand that after this timeframe, for the safety and well-being of all, our studio doors will be securely locked. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
